Origin: Nantou, Taiwan
This lightly oxidized, high mountian oolong from the mountain of the same name is creamy in the mouth and bursting with flavor. Every golden sip of this Ali Shan is thick and juicy, floral and fruity, and perfect for evening sipping in hot or cold weather.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 3 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
