Origin: Nantou, Taiwan
This famous Taiwanese oolong is sweet and floral. The creamy golden liquor yields thick flavors of lily and magnolia with a bright, juicy finish of watermelon rind.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoons of leaf in 195°F water for 3 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
