This low grown Ceylon from the Ruhuna region of Sri Lanka is rich and heavy bodied with notes of burnt sugar and dark rum with a bittersweet finish.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
