This special Matcha is specially processed to provide enhanced stress reducing Gamma Amino Buteric Acid. The result is soft and sweet with no bitterness and notes of steamed asparagus.
Infusion: Sift 2 to 3 grams of matcha powder into a bowl and whisk with 4 to 6 oz of 175°F water until frothy. Enjoy!
