This unique pre Qing Ming black tea is produced from the oolong cultivar Jin Mudan. The golden, honey colored liquor is fragrant and sweet with complex flavors of sweet potato, cocoa, and stewed plums. Try it in a gaiwan as this tea is made for multiple steeps.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 205°F water for 1-3 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
