This 'thick grade' ceremonial matcha is brothy and rich with a soft, bittersweet flavor and a long-lasting, zesty arugula finish.

Infusion: Sift 2 to 3 grams of powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 to 4 oz. of 175°F water until frothy. Enjoy!
