Tasting Notes: carob • caramel • muscatel
Origin: Jasbirey, Nepal
This lovely tippy 2nd Flush tea is high grown in the cloud covered district of Ilam. The light amber brew is bright and sweet with notes of carob and caramel with a fruity muscatel finish.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 level teaspoons of leaf in 195°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
