from 3.00

Caffeinated
Tasting Notes:
autumn leaves • peat • earth
Origin: Yunnan, China

This 'shu' or 'dark' pu-erh was harvested, fermented, and pressed into perfect little bird nest shapes in 2003. The liquor yields pungent aromas of newly fallen leaves with soft, sweet flavors of earth and peat. Great for multiple steeps.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 tuocha in 212°F water for 1 minute. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
