This lovely twisted 'Mao Feng' style tea from Sichuan has a sweet aroma of chocolate covered raisins, a rich creamy mouth feel and flavors of burnt sugar and cocoa.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 212° water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
