This 'thick grade' ceremonial Matcha is brothy and rich with soft bittersweet flavor and a long lasting zesty arugula finish.

Infusion: Sift 2 to 3 grams of powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 to 4 oz. of 175 degree water until frothy. Enjoy!
