This Lapsang from the town of Tong Mu is like no other, and until now, unavailable to westerners. Their unique process of smoking over sweet pine chips gives it a delicate piney aroma and flavors of aged scotch and applewood.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 level teaspoons of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
