Tasting Notes: papaya • toasted almond • burnt sugar
Origin: Nantou, Taiwan
This famous Taiwanese oolong comes from the mountain of the same name. The golden liquor is buttery with a nutty aroma and flavors of apricot, water chestnut, and toasted wheat.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoons of leaf in 195°F water for 4 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
