This 'shou' or 'ripe' Pu-erh is steamed and pressed into a neat compact brick. The fermented leaves unfurl into a deep dark liquor with a pungent woodsy aroma and flavors of burnt sugar and fallen leaves.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoons of leaf in 212°F water for 1 - 4 minutes. Rinse before steeping. Enjoy!
