Placing Orders

To place an order, contact Alex at or call 617-627-9500 ext 1. We cannot guarantee standard processing and shipping times for any orders placed at any other email address or with any other employee, including sales reps.


Shipping Policies, Minimums, & Cut-Off Times

Orders that are placed before 2 PM are usually shipped the same business day. Our deliveries are facilitated by UPS. The cost of UPS Ground shipping is included (for orders over 3 pounds or 3 bags). Expedited shipping is available, but will incur an additional charge.


Return Policy

MEM Tea will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided the product is unopened and unused. Customer is responsible for return shipment charges. A re-stocking fee of 10% of items returned will be assessed if the return is requested by the customer.

Teaware & Accessories

The cost of teaware is not included in our wholesale pricing. It can be purchased through us at wholesale prices. The following bulk discounts are available:
   - Teapots are discounted at 5% for 12-23 units and 10% for 24+ units
   - Finum Tea Sacs are discounted to $4 per box for cases of 12+ and $3.75 for cases of 24+

Any teaware found on our website that is not part of the wholesale teaware program may be purchased at retail pricing.


Accounts Receivable Procedures
(Payment Options, Late Payment Consequences)

Payment options:
   - Direct Deposit (recommended)
   - Credit Card (required for all initial orders)
   - Net 15 (for customers in good standing)
   - COD ($25 fee per order)

All initial orders must be paid by credit card. If you would like to change your payment method for subsequent orders, please inform your sales rep of this preference.

Once an invoice is aging we will begin to contact you for payment. For any overdue invoices, we reserve the right to charge 2.5% interest. For any bounced checks or returned payments, there is a $25 processing fee. We may also withhold future orders until late payments are received.
