This striking white tea from Yunnan gets its deep color and rich complex flavors from slow oxidation due to an extended drying time. The golden liquor is soft and fragrant with notes of lilacs and fruity white grapes with a sweet honey-like finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 3 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 4 minutes.
