This pretty Bai Mu Dan from Fujian is artfully adorned with dried peaches and pink rosebuds. The result is sweet and juicy with flavors of honeycomb, roses and nectarines and the fragrance is reminiscent of rockers, the front porch and summertime.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 3 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves, dried peach, acidifier (citric acid), flavoring, & rose petals.
