This unusual Taiwanese green tea is produced from an Oolong cultivar. The long twisted leaves are fragrant of spring greens and sprouting seedlings. The liquor is light, sweet and delicate with vegetal flavors of fresh pea tendrils and bamboo shoots with a soft nutty finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!
